Review: The Scrum Field Guide

Title: The Scrum Field Guide: Practical Advice for Your First Year

Author: Mitch Lacey

Once The Scrum Field Guide had the reputation of a de facto Scrum implementation guide. This book, with its explanations and examples served a generation of Scrum Masters in resolving their daily problems and implementing Scrum the way as it was intended to be. This book genuinely covers all aspects of Scrum. On the other hand, it relies on examples which do not necessarily meet the reader’s personal experience in a world where agile has been the major choice of software development approach for long years – in part due to this book.
